Why wouldnt you want to play in a casino, i play in the bank casino on fr. matthew st. and find it much better than in pubs, you dont have to deal the cards yourself everyone is friendly there and drinks are on the house, much better than a pub

The Rock, Gilabbey street, Thursday at 9, 20euro buy-in, and 1 10euro top up at the break.

Friars Walk Tavern, Friars walk, monday and friday at 9, I think and 20euro buyin with a number of buy backs/top-up

The Gill/ Ellis', Gilabbey Street, they play on tuesday night, dont know how much they play for, but its similar to the ones above with a lower standard of play.

The Gallows on Bandon Road play on thursdays as well for a tener i think.

Hi my oh plays in the stirrup bar, whites cross, every 2nd fri. So the next night is on the 19th of march. 20€ buy in and 10€ top up.
He said its well run and there is normally about 35 - 45 people, with 5-6 tables. Usually starts about 9, with finger food, if that interests you.
