ryanair change time of flight

    hi,
    booked flights with ryanair. not fond of early starts and choose afternoon flights.
    checked ryanair website and see time has been changed from 2pm to 7am.
    i have received no email about this at all. only found out when trying to book a seat for another friend. i would cancel flights and take a refund....
    but with ryanair, do i just have to lump it?

    Is it the same flight number that is now going at 7am, and not just that they sold out of the 2pm one so now only list one flight for that day?

    it says you get a full refund if the change is more than 3 hours...
    but do you? also my booking was for return flights, so will i recieve a full refund for both legs? usually only book dirt cheap flights with ryanair, so if things dont work out i'm not out of pocket much, but you've guessed it, these were fairly expensive.

    Did they email you to say they changed the flight times.

    I did get an email from Ryanair last week for the same situation.
    There were two links in the email: one to accept the new flight or the second link to reject and request a 'credit' which can be used for a n other booking.
    The refund was only offered for the return flight which was changed and did not Include the outbound flight.

    They will be giving you plenty of notice. Very little comeback I'd imagine.

    Thank christ I read this thread, I have a flight booked with ryanair, they changed flight times, but only by 30 mins, I just looked at the times and thought thats grand, I didnt even see the bit where you had to accept the change as I never came across this in years of using them, maybe that could have been a right balls up for me and turning up and no seat :)

    I said I'd imagine. That was to imply I was not sure. I accept if I was wrong. No contridicting anything, just basing on past dealings with Ryanair.

    I got a refund off them when this happened to me. The email will come to you at some stage I'd imagine. Although I called them about it. The number was on another thread here last year.

    I have just had a flight time changed from 10.05am to 7.05am. I didnt receive an email from them. Their T & c s state that you can get a refund for over 3 hours. I would now prefer to return the previous day. Will they let me do this without penalty?

    This thread is 3 years old. Why not start a new one ?
    Your flight time change is not more than 3 hours (it is exactly 3 hours), so it would appear that you are stuck with the new time.
