Bluray/HD DVD combo drive

So I just bought myself an asrock 330 the other day with the dvd-rw as I was planning to use my bluray/hd combo drive from my main pc in it. Now while I knew the asrock was small the thought never occurred to me that the optical drive was a laptop style drive.

Anywho, I know I can buy a bluray laptop drive but I have loads of hd dvds that I'd like to play. Have they ever made hd/bluray laptop drives, and if so any ideas where I could pick one up these days? ebay was comin up empty.

    Thanks

dont know if you will get a combo drive since they dont make HD-DVD anymore.
    maybe go for an external?

Ya, its even hard to find a standard sized combo drive these days. If notebook sized ones ever existed I'd be expecting to pick one up either second hand or one thats been sitting on some shops shelf for the past few years.

I was thinking if I couldnt get one I could get an internal bluray and hook up my xbox 360's hddvd drive. Although I'd rather go internal if possible just to keep the whole setup neat.

Could also rip my hddvds to the servers hard drive if all else fails.

Edit: actually will probably get an external enclosure for the drive and use the e-sata connector.

Still if anyone knows of any internal bluray/hd drives would love to know. thanks ;)

Hey, I bought mine on ebay worked out cheaper than any of the retailers online.

    Great bit of kit though.
