Does anyone know if there is a regulatory body or something along those lines for a tennant who's landlord of almost a year is now refusing to provide thier PPS no. in order for the tenant to claim rent relief? Or what are the options open to the tennant?

    Cheers.

Private Residential Tenancies Board ........www.prtb.ie you can check online and see if your landlord has registered a tenancy with them at your address. He/ she is legally obliged to do this.
