Hi - I have read the Charter and i am not looking for a definate answer here. More so a direction that i can research more into.

I have recently published www.irishairsoftsites.ie where i would like to have a map of ireland with a list of all the sites where airsoft can be played.
Airsoft is a sport that is becoming popular in ireland along the lines of Paintball but the difference is that instead of shooting with paint, plastic BBs are used.

Lets say i mark up an airsoft site that is running illegally. What laws would cover me putting them on a map

Why would there be anything wrong with publishing that something illegal is happening?

Obviously it'd be libellous if you were wrong.

This is not a legal advice forum. You should not take anything here as such.
