Bulk buying TV wall mount brackets

    Hi,
    I'm looking at Bulk sourcing/buying TV wall mount brackets and HDMI cables, and a few other bits and pieces for TV installations, so far I have only found Chinese resellers that deal in hundreds and thousands of units.
    Could someone suggest a supplier, preferably in Ireland to keep the shipping costs lower, that can supply these items in volumes of between 10 & 50?

    Also is there a RECI type certification that TV installers should have in order to be 'certified' to hang TV's?

    Any suggestions as to where advertising money (very limited budget) would be best spent e.g. local community papers or on-line banner ads etc. would be hugely appreciated.

    I was in Ikea and they do them cheap enough, can you get a margin over their retail price?
