Best Carvery in Dublin 2?

Just wondering what peoples opinions are on the best carvery in Dublin 2. Personally I don’t think Sinnotts can be beaten. Their beef and chicken are amazing, plate gets loaded with as much of everything as you could want. Getting up the stairs on the way out is a struggle though!
