    Hi all,

I am having some issues in my personal life and would like to talk them out with someone - does anyone know who I could just sit down and have a chat with?
I don't think I have a friend I can talk to ( not about this anyway ), I could get my best mate out and get him drunk, but I imagine first mention of my issue and I would get smacked upside the head and told to grow up - its not the sort of stuff us lads talk about.

The Samaritans or a Counselor would talk to you. It's not just suicidal thoughts they deal with. Also, if your concern is medical, any good GP would do a consultation for you.

You could post your problems here and people will reply. Or if you want to call the Samaritans as previously suggested.

I agree with Sunnyside, OP. You'll get very good advice, like we all do, here. And by going anononymous, you'll remain anonymous.
