Thompson TG585 v7 router - wireless setup?

    Just after setting up the router which I received from Smart. Having some difficulty with wireless setup. Users cannot connect. The one user that i managed to get connected to it is now showing as connected but 'inactive'. I seem to be able to get clients to connect when encryption is turned off. When I turn it back on again, they show up as connected but 'inactive'. I have tried all variations of WPA encryption (in case there was some compatibility problem) but it doesnt seem to matter. The clients were connnected previously to a BT Voyager 2110 with WPA encryption.

    I'm at a loss as to where to go from here?
