need help no sound from laptop music downloads onto sd card

hi i have a silvercrest cdv-710 dvd player in my car it was all good till i loaded music on to a sd card (and its the right one) from my laptop and when i put sd card into dvd all stuff was their i tought this is deadly but when i went into a album and tried to play it nothing happend....... as i was writing this me other…
