Tuberculosis and employment prospects

I was diagnosised with spinal TB about a year ago. I had a cyst which contained over two litres of fluid in my abdomen, had it drained and was taking TB drugs up till last christmas and should be clear by now.

I was non infectious and my girlfriend and family where tested for tb and were fine.

at the moment now i'm wondering how having TB is gonna affect my job prospects? I'm asking because i've found out about a job in a meat factory working in quality assurance and would have a good chance of getting it but i'm afraid that revealing that i had tb will not only affect my application for that job but where i work at the moment too.
