    Hey,

Its a long shot but I'm really struggling to find a job for the summer in Boston. I was just wondering if there was anybody who found work last summer in Boston had a contact email address or phone number for the company/place they worked in. If you had, could you maybe send me a PM??

Any help would be greatly appreciated

    Thanks,

    G

If your fit and willing to work for your buck check out the Gentle Giant Moving Company. They are owned by an Irish American that employs plenty of Irish students in the summer. The work is can be tough but you can make serious money as well as great tips. Some friends did it for a summer and really enjoyed it and they stayed fit (even when drinking every night!) over the summer while earning wages that most J1'ers only dream of earning. If you play GAA check out the GAA clubs in Boston as they can help you find work if you say you'll play football or hurling over the summer.

All Irish bars in Boston!! With addresses and phone numbers so get dialling!
If you already know where you are staying you can figure out which bars are close to you which is handy.
The only bars I know in Boston are The Banshee, Blackthorn and JJ Foleys.

I've got my J1 all sorted now so it's all about finding a job now myself.
