Egypt 8-1 to beat England

Just backed Egypt today @ 8-1 to beat England with Boyles. I think they are definitely over-priced especially for a friendly. Egypt will see this as one of their chances to prove to the World that they are a world-class team as they are not going to the WC. They recently won the ANC in January and are better than a lot of the teams going to the WC. Capello will probably make a lot subs for this and England are notoriously bad value in friendlies. 8-1 is just too big for a team like Egypt.

That's a tasty price on Egypt, defo worth a nibble at, england without 3 of their first choice back four....ferdinand, cole & johnson all out....there relying on JT haha!

I see Milner was given out about the state of the Wembley pitch today, another positive for Egypt, also Capello will be experimenting alot in defence and with no out right first choice keeper I think I'll take Egypt with the draw no bet at 11/2

yup I'd double chance it if anything. Undecided

Ya actually the best bet is Egypt Draw no Bet @ 6-1 with Boyles and VC.

Personally I wouldn't touch the bet. No matter how many world class defenders are unavailable for England they still have some very good replacements that can come in, compared to the non world class strikers available for Egypt(Mido,Zidan & Zaki) being the only players I've ever heard of.

Any Hull fans here to comment on how Zaki's playing this season?
Or West Ham fans that have seen Mido play(I know he just recently joined)? IMO Mido's awful! Lazy and only out for himself

So basically, I dont see Egypt having enough up front to cause england any concerns

No need to worry about Mido, he's not in the squad, mostly home based players.

Best team in Africa, won all 6 games in Angola including against Nigeria and Algeria, for 15 against 2 so recent form is good. Hard one to call but England won't have it all their own way and those odds are worth a flutter.

Egypt play a fast passing game so I dont see how a bobbly pitch is going to help either team. I like your bet though.

Come on Egypt, keep it going, 15 euro on a draw no bet at 11/2
