    Hi guys

OK right off the bat I have to say that I am female, 24 and absolutely hopeless when it comes to flirting. OK, maybe not entirely hopeless...if the avenue is opened by a guy, I'm not bad at responding. I just don't know where to start when it comes to hitting on / making a guy aware that I like him. Which probably explains why I am eternally single.

I'm (and please don't read this like I have a massive head, the opposite is true!) a pretty girl, I get a bit of attention, I just don't know what to do with it or how to make something come of it!

But I want to change this now while I can. So, there's a guy at work. He works in a different department and there's been little to no interaction, bar the odd nod in the corridor. But he's cute and I'm pretty sure he's single. What do I do? How can I get him to notice me? I'm the friendliest, chattiest girl in the world until I'm face to face with someone I fancy. How can I get over this??

do you have his email address? Why not send out like a few group joke email to him and a few other people in your job and if you get a reply go from there. I know it might sound corny or cheesy but its worked for me and im also incredibly shy.

Been honest with you,i would take the initiative of saying hi how are you and stop, see if he stops to chat and if he doesnt or tries to move away then take it as not interested. You have made and effort. Do not go after him.No matter how much men say it women who make first move are not as interesting as they like to say.

Next time you see him just stop and say hi also if your glancing at him and get caught just smile see if you get a reaction if not and he moves off just leave it.
