Open Access Sociology Journals or Magazines on Sale

Hi folks,

Could anyone recommend a good "Open Access" sociology journal please?

Also, is there any magazine or periodical concerning sociology that is widely available in newsagents (I'm thinking here of something that would parallel the Scientific American Mind which provides easy access to great psychology articles in an approachable manner)
