    Is the PCA not the thing you do while you're actually at Garnerville?

    If so, how hard is it actually, do you need to be superfit, or will an average level of fitness suffice.

    yes, it is. but i do weight training so my bmi was over 30 so i had to do a pca test before i passed. wot stage are you at?

    You can do that old thing at a canter but try doing it hanging out your bum at stage 4 after a night on the sauce :)
