I keep getting this when logging into any site that requires password ie. Gmail, Facebook etc. Once I click proceed anyway it doesnt happen anymore but has a line through the "https://" thing.

"You attempted to reach secure.myspace.com, but the server presented a certificate issued by an entity that is not trusted by your computer's operating system. This may mean that the server has generated its own security credentials, which Google Chrome cannot rely on for identity information, or an attacker may be trying to intercept your communications. You should not proceed, especially if you have never seen this warning before for this site."

Im using google chrome on Snow Leopard

    Hope ya can help me!

GOOGLE is your friend (until you wake up one day and discover that it is also your overlord and master...)

anyway. more of a tech support issue for the mac forum methinks. the link above gives some good tips on what to check (and if nothing else shows that you arent alone)

    moving to the mac forum

Whenever I have seen this, it has been incorrect time settings at fault.

As LoLth said, googling the error message is always a great way to start.

am using Chrome too and don't experience these issues.

I would think that it's site-specific. i.e. myspace are being less than thorough!!

also if your using a "un-secured" network someone Could be sniffing your data/arp poisoning you,as this will cause unknown security certs to be issued to you.

just a thought to keep in mind.
