Hi Guys,

Im leaving a gaff soon and noticed the bills I paid. The first gas bill I paid was from Aug 28th onwards, my first week in the place was about a month later.

What happens here? Im leaving this week and am supposed to pay rent for this week, which is fair enough, but also bills for this week.

Obv, the guy I deal with has not said anything, but should I get money back or just not pay bills for a week or 2 ? (I own bills from Jan to now, as they are paid every 3 months).

The last gas bill was 245e for 3 months btw.

Any advice?

Work out how much you should have paid, work out how much you have paid and pay / get refunded the balance.
