How to claim while working part-time?

    Sorry if this has been already posted by someone else, but I can't find a thread to what I need to know.

    I will be going on reduced hours by the end of April and I need to find out what I need to do about claiming for part-time work (i.e working up to 19 hours). Not sure what the offical name for it is. i work in retail, so will be going on a 3 day week basically.
