    Hi there,

Recently got windows 7 and tried to install it on my acer travelmate 6292. Everything went smoothly, I chose advanced installation and my C: drive to overwrite the vista installation. I got as far as entering my username and password details in the installation. After it tried to restart and now it just hangs after showing the acer logo. I tried to to change the boot order in the bios, but none of the keys work in there so I can't navigate through the menus!

If anyone can help me format the hard drive or change the boot order I would really appreciate it!

    Thanks.

    Try one of these.

Boot with Win 7 Disc in drive and try the repair option.

Try booting in SAFE mode and see if you can fix problem.

Is num lock off and stopping you from moving around in the BIOS?
