Graphics design - Irish!?

I was always planning on going to OL on Irish for the leaving, considering I'm not from here and am terrible at the language. But recently I checked the requirements for the Graphics design course and it said I need a C3 in Higher level Irish!? Is this true? What's the entirety of the requirements, any exceptions? ;)

Is there a Graphic's design course in Trinity? Off the top of my head the only courses of which Irish is a requirement are the courses that teach irish (linguistics, irish etc.).
