I've noticed for some time I have a patch of skin on both my calfs, where no hair will grow, not such a big deal. but what worries me is that both of them are perfect rectangles. the lines between hair and no hair are completely straight, it's just so weird.
it's kinda like underpants gnomes except.......back of leg hair gnomes:confused:

anyone with similar problem, explanation or the hilarious puns we expect of AH please post

Most men get that. Apparently it's where your trousers rub against your leg.
Either that or you're going bald on a whole new level :D

I have the same, I heard it was due to trouser pockets rubbing against the leg. Sounds plausible I guess.

it may be from the type of soap you are using, or maybe if your doing the ol quick fix downstairs with the lynx before you head out to the barn, to get yourself smellin all good and everything. im sure they appreciate u smelling nice for them, but if you're buring their skin off...well. lucky for you you own two, variety and all that

I thought men who grew beards and had patches all over their face were odd but seemingly this is quite comman and normal.

Actually my OH pointed out to me on holidays last year that the hair on my legs stop about two inches above my ankle!!

    It's pretty weird:D

Yeah it's fairly normal, nothing to worry about. I've got hairless patches on my legs also, mostly down near the shins/ankles is where the hairlessness is going on.

You must have seriously long pockets if they are rubbing against your calves !
