    Hey lads,

Hope your well. I play tons of sports and over last 6 months being training my arse off so I be in good condition for GAA pre-season training. Up to yesterday I was flying fit..then of course last night playing a league game I tear cartlidge in my knee(At the moment it's suspected tear but the physio was 100% certain and his never wrong) I'll be off to the specalist early next week and hopefully get the surgery as quick as possible obviously depending on the diagnosis.

Just wondering anyone here play sports and suffered a similiar faith? The physio was saying I could be back in action in a month though reading various articles online(I know bad idea) I hear recovery time to get back into playing high impact sports could be anywhere from 4-8 months!! <-- Now that is one depressing thought!

Im gutted to be injured...I seriously trained my arse off.To be frank it's a balls! Anyone here play sports encounter carlidge(meniscus) tear? How long did rehab take before you were back on the pitch?

    Thanks lads!

    Peadar
