    This is "in" the game (so to speak), its just that its 'locked'.

    Most likely IW will make this part of a DLC pack or something like that.

    There's been a couple of threads on this. I think its coming in the DLC.

    Ive played that game mode a couple of time s ,not a bad game but there are reasons it was been locked, i hope that it doesnt come with the d/l content because there is a lot wrong with it.

    Theres alot wrong with MW2 as a whole, so I wouldn't put it past them to release GTW as DLC.

    I'd say that is only in the hacked servers where the host can edit the files.

    If you had a jtag xbox you could uncover this gamemode , if you were invited or joined this gamemode then you would become infected i.e. you would be able to host it in a private match, if you went playing a public game or turn off your xbox then it would be lost.

    Heres the thing, i joined a mates game (private) and it was global thermonucleur war, everyone jumped super far and super fast, and you could have akimbo thumpers.
    i played around in this for a while and left.

    then i started a private lobby with a mate (showing him a jump on highrise) and i had the super fast super jump and akimbo thumpers enabled, but it was free for all, not really sure what to make of it.

    note: when i turned off xbox, and went on the next day, it was back to normal

    What is the JTAG Hack?
    This is a new hack which can boot homebrew code in less than 5 seconds. For now, all we need to know is that this is a new way to exploit the well-known 4532 kernel, in a way which also works on updated machines, unless they have been updated by the summer '09 update. It also works on all hardware types.

    What does the JTAG Hack require?
    1. The hack requires a console that has not been updated to the August09 dashboard. Although some consoles with the 7371 kernel have already been patched to stop the JTAG hack.
    2. Some soldering skills.
    3. A computer with a LPT(printer) port.

    What does the JTAG hack allow me to do?
    The JTAG hack unlocks your 360 and gives full control over it. Allowing.
    - Linux
    - Homebrew
    - Unsigned Code
    - Use a Re-booter(Freeboot or XBReboot)
