Solidworks 2008 toolbar

I have Solidworks 2008 SP0.0 at home and use SP2.1 at college. The toolbar is set up like this below with tabs for features sketch etc. Is there any way to turn that on in SP0.0 or is that a newer feature? Its a better way of using it imo.
