Saw the trailer last night. Don't know what to make of it. If it's hilarity is intentional then it could be good.

I think it was in the cinema for a week, haven't seen it yet though!

There's some good fight scenes and violence. The story is daft and predictable and the ending is terrible. Average overall.

Exactly what I was about to post. some glaring plot holes but the fight scenes were well done.

I especially liked the scene at the end in the hallway, reminded me of a similar scene from Oldboy, wonder where they got their inspiration from :pac:

It's a bit naff... I'm sad to say, as I normally like these futuristic type films... glaring plot holes... all over the place at times.... only liked the very end but it never saved the film.

Is this a remake of Alex Cox's movie?

I watched it (Cox's movie) again recently enough and still enjoyed it as much as I did when I saw it years ago on Moviedrome.Do yourselves a favour,get the original.

not a remake, nothing like it. decent movie though. was out in the cinema about 2 or 3 months ago. rather enjoyed it.

Watched it last night-bit all over the place but watchable.Some good fight sequences though.Not a movie I'd watch again but was ok for a Friday night with nothing else on.

Watchable if you're a mellow drunk. Otherwise you'll just get annoyed at the idiocy of it.

It trudged along, the plot was glaringly obvious, the plot holes were plentiful, the action parts were ridiculous especially

when she cuts him open and puts her entire arm inside him so she can reach his heart

but is it just me or is it now a days when you watch films you know whats coming and whats going to happen ??? i love when its the total oposit for example at the end of a love movie they would be together at the end but now in films today they wouldnt their would be twists

Ah yeah, and i don't mind it in certain movies (Good v Evil, Good Guy wins. Love stories... they end up together in the end)

But i didnt like it in this case!

If you want a movie that is the complete opposite of that. go see Inception. Amazing!

I thought this would be a great hangover movie, but I was wrong. I enjoyed parts of it and on another day, I would have enjoyed how it ended...just not today!
