Income levy refund question

    I got an Income Levy Certificate from my employer for 2009 and I was going to post it to get the refund but on the form the Amount of Income Levy Deducted is greater than the Gross income for Income Levy .
    I assume this is because I only stated the job in October and maybe have not been earning long enough to get a refund?
    The Amount of Income Levy Deducted is greater than the Gross Income for Income Levy only by a euro.
    I was going to give it back to my employer but I just wanted to make sure they have not made a mistake.

    I was in last year in maternity leave i worked until june..can i get back my income levy? so what i need to do? when can be refund income levy? any advice please..cheers..
