PS3 issues ith NTL Broadband

Hi peoples, just recently got NTL Broadband for my PS3 and the only game i play is FIFA 10, for some reason i cant invite friends or accept invitations off friends, my NAT Type is NAT Type 2, which i think is ok , can any body shed some light on this on why this happens?

Try the playstation forum !
Are you definitely connected to the internet? ie if you open the ps3 browser
Are you wired or wireless?
Do you have a Playstation network account setup?
