Registration fees - dropping out

I dropped out before the Jan 31st deadline. I receive one installment of the full 6800 grant. What's the story registration fee-wise for when I go back for my first year in Carlow IT? If I pay the 1500, will it be paid for in my grant? Will I get the 1500 registration fees returned, or do I lose it as I dropped out? TY!
