Saturday morning Cycle from Phoenix park??

    Planning to head for a 100k spin tomorrow morning (weather permitting)
    Will be leaving from the Phoenix Park at 8:30am and heading out towards Meath at a steady speed of 24k – 26kph – mainly just looking to get in an aerobic session and time in the saddle
    (can also meet on southside of city if suits better as coming from that way)
    Anyone interested in doing similar?

    Thanks ABC but unfortunately I have to run on Sunday so tomorrows my main day on the bike!

    just wondering what ironman you training for ? im doing Nice i dont train with a club anymore cos of working shift, used to train with 3D a few years ago
