Campagnolo Bib Tight Sizing Query

A question to anyone who owns any campagnolo bib tights:

I have a few bits of their clothing and they are the best looking stuff I have. On a lesser point they are also quite comfortable.

According to their sizing charts I am a "small", with everything so far this has worked out well, everything is nice and snug. However I bought a pair of tights which have to be returned, but decided to go for the medium as I figured tights were more height dependent. Taking them out of the bag I noticed they were a good few inches shorter than me, even if they stretched while on me I was worried they might be too short and cause me all sorts of pain.

It's annoying because campagnolo don't seem to have any height measurements in their sizing, everything is done by inner leg measurements. I don't have a disproportionate body by any means but I was just wondering if I could get the opinion of someone who owns a pair.

    Thanks.

Surely there is a rule saying you can't wear campagnolo clothes when you ride a shimano group set? :-)

I'm not one to follow euro rules, far too much snobbery for me!
