New shape Accord? No contest for me! Far nicer looking and better value car! The A4 is dull.

Accords are completely under rated, fantastic car and fantastic value compared to an audi, much nicer car to drive aswell and alot more spec as standard.

What size and bhp do those engines have?AFAIK its a 2.0 tdi audi and a 2.2 dti honda, gonna be more costly to run the 2.2?

A4 costs €156 to tax for the year, the Accord costs €302. Hardly a big enough difference imo to choose one over the other, especially when spending the bones of €26k on the car itself.

What size engine did you say?

The OP is looking at 2008 diesel models which means they are on the Co2 based motor tax system. The A4 (assuming it is the new model) is €156 and the Accord is €302, hardly a deal breaker if one is willing to pay around €26k for a car.
