How to appeal a ban/infraction?

Dear Admin, I was banned from Personal/relationship issues. I believe it was unfair in the extreme, I understand that I should contact the mod or cmod of the forum but as I can't get onto the forum I don't know who to contact. Please let me know how I should proceed in order to make a complaint. Regards, Peggypeg.

The two Category Moderators are nesf and Scofflaw.

As a side note, you can still view a forum if you log out first. Of course you can't post, but that is the idea of a ban.
