Engagement ring - Kissing diamonds

Myself and my OH are in the process of buying an engagement ring and there is one I fell in love with, its from the kissing diamond range. I was wondering if any of you have any experience with them or have head about them. Its very unusual as the diamonds are raised and under the main stone there is another one underneath it (its supposed to make it even more sparkly). I love the way it looks from above but a bit unsure from the side if you know what I mean! Here is a link so you can have a look for yourselves as I can't post images.
http://www.kissingdiamonds.com/ (the actual ring isn't on the site but it gives an idea what I'm talking about).

I am also a bit wary because the setting looks very delicate and this is something I will be wearing every day for the rest of my life. I'd really appreciate it if anyone had any feedback.

    Thanks a mill!

    First of all- *congratulations*

I don't have any experience with the Kissing Diamond range, but clicked on your link there and they are stunning. I love the idea. The thing that I thought of first was that the gap between the diamonds may collect a lot of dirt from day to day stuff. I have a ring that I wear constantly and it had engraving on the band (at the top and bottom) and I find that EVERYTHING sticks in it, even if I take it off for cooking and major dirty hand stuff! It's just something to be aware of cos you'll want your ring to be sparkly and lovely all the time!
