Solar powered battery to charge phone?

Looking for some sort of device that during the day will recharge, and at night can recharge my phone. I'll be using said device whilst camping, so would prefer if the solar panels would be separate from the rest of the device, and also, if possible, it wouldn't generate too much heat. The location that I'll be in doesn't really have anywhere to plug the phone in, so this would be epiclly cool if such device exists.

Cheers for the reply. Even the powerchimp looks pretty excellent, as it'll allow me to recharge my phone with normal AA batteries, overnight

Bought one of these from Richer Sounds last year or so. Its not solar but you can charge it up on your PC or via normal socket. Its very handy.
