I'm just watching prime time here. They are going on and on about young unskilled people finding it difficult to find jobs.

Does anyone know who you contact to make it known that you have the opportunity for someone to do a work scheme with the chance of turning to a full time job.

As the job would require some skills I'd be throwing training (certified) into the package.
