I've not bought a laptop with them before but I bought a telly. It was faulty and I got a replacement telly on the spot about 11 months later.

Happy with their service overall having dealt with them.

I've bought bigger stuff, a TV, washing machine, dishwasher etc. and found Power City grand. Brought a dodgy vacuum cleaner back once and they changed it no problem.

I see they have a Samsung N130 on line for €255. That's the lowest price I've seen for that model. If I wanted one, I'd get it there.

I've found them to be ok. They're just selling standard enough stuff, so if the price is good..why not?

Yeah and they are usually great with warranties, they'll replace most of the time if they can. If there's a deal there i can't see why not.

I would suspect that they are not the cheapest around most of the time. Generally people will buy from the cheapest retailer, regardless of the support they give, or don't give.

ive seen some decent models in DID like a lenovo n500 which is an old model but a great laptop and new models like the aspire as1410.

havent been to power city so dont know what they stock in store.

the problem with these kind of stores is the websites dont give accurate info of what they have in stores

although at least they have websites unlike pcworld
