IRA code words are supposed to be delivered by telephone, not by posting on afterhours.

i've never read a lucid post from you OP.

In response to the title though, i don't know why your man was murdered, but generally speaking people are only murdered with guns when they are of undesirable character. not always, but a sufficiently high proportion of the time.

Just to mention it was Kieran*, not Ciaran. I know that's very nit-picky but ah well.

How is anyone on here meant to know why he was killed? If it was a murder by dissidents, then there's a strong possibility that it was drug-related. But.. I don't know. I might just be very niave, but I find it hard to believe that a young man with a young family, who was due to get married in the next few months, would get involved with drugs?

Anyway, we may well never know, and the motive is no one's business. The only think anyone else should care about it catching his killers

Sorry to say Tom, but I think you are being very naive. Happens all the time.

TheZohan, are you across in America? Isn't that nice. Look in on SeanChrians blog in Republican News and after that you will have a small picture about a couple of terrible things happening on the Island of Ireland.

A direct link to the article or you're banned, I will not repeat myself.

You haven't seen the quite hilarious Isreali soldier film by one Adam Sandler then.

I'm not sure if Google would come up with such an accurate translation, considering the appalling spelling in the posting as Gaeilge. Tá doiléireacht ag baint le do chuid Gaeilge, chomh maith le do cuid Béarla, is cosúil!

So that's two languages that the OP obviously hasn't mastered.

    Parlez-vous français?
