Airport Extreme - very slow on XP

    Anyone any ideas how I can troubleshoot connection issues I'm having with my AEBS?
    On my Mac I'm getting close to 20MBPS download, but on my Windows XP laptop I'm getting less that 1MBPS.
    The Windows Laptop is a pretty new Dell Latitude E6400 model.
    Not really sure how to resolve it. Would hate to have to go back to my old crappy wireless router because of this.
