SSAIB or similar PSA certification body.

    Hi to all the Alarm & CCTV Installers here.

    Has anyone used the SSAIB for their certification? Their prices seems reasonable when compared to the NSAI but are they too good to be true. Any recommendations on a certification body?

    Don't use them but they are big in the UK and from talking to them at various trade shows they know their stuff

    Ya they seem to be on the ball alright. They also seem very favourable as far a cost. Its a once off membership then an annual days certification. Also they dont charge seperately for Intruder and CCTV, they classify them as electronic systems and cover them under one fee. As far as i know other bodies charge for sectors seperately. With all the cost involved with licencing the last thing you want to do is make a bad judgement and end up paying more!!
