    Hi All

    Thanks in advance

    Im just wondering what the correct procedure is for claiming or charging out VAT when i buy goods from the UK VAT free?? or even pay 15% VAT and at what rate do i charge that out at??

    Cheers for any info on this matter

    Impossible to answer the question... I need much more detail. Generally speaking a taxable person would be liable to self account for VAT on the purchase of goods from another EU member state.

    Again generally, speaking when onward selling these goods in Ireland you should charge Irish VAT at the appropriate rate.
