    I bought a new car 5 weeks ago and still have not recieved my VLC from Shannon, before i ring them is there other people in the same boat. Thanks.

    Took me about 3 weeks to get mine, are you sure the previous owner has send it off?

    did you send it off or are you hopeing that the previous owner sent it off?

    if the last owner said they would send it off, then give them a buzz first and try figure out exactly when the VLC was sent to Shannon.
