    I have attached an image of a pdf to this post.

    Anyone know of software that would create the 'rendering' of the roll-folded booklet(s)?

    Do you mean the 3-D effect showing the pages behind? If so could be done in Photoshop or Illustrator

    Yeah, I could do it in PS alright, wouldn't take too long - but for some reasonm I assumed it may have been done automatically using software of some description...
