    Firstly ,
    thanks for resetting me password etc
    however can you tell me how i can stop receiving e-mails regarding reply's to threads i've posted in on boards,
    it's clogging my e-mail up big time

    Go to this page:
    http://boards.ie/vbulletin/profile.php?do=editoptions
    Find the section called "Default Thread Subscription Mode" and change the setting to "no email notification"

    This will work for threads you subscribe to from now on. To change the settings for the threads you've already subscribed to, go to this page:
    http://boards.ie/vbulletin/subscription.php?do=viewsubscription&folderid=all
    Select the checkbox at the top of the list of threads, so it selects them all.
    Scroll down to the bottom of the list of threads and from the dropdown menu called "Selected Threads:", select "no email notification" and press go. You might have to go through a few pages of results.
