Polyester dress=static!

    Hi everyone.

My new slip dress from ASOS just arrived and is perfect apart from the major static! When I try it on with tights, as I intend to wear it, it clings all around and bunches up really unflatteringly. Is there anything I can do to reduce this? Or can you still get half-slips anywhere?! I used to have one a million years ago- I'd feel like my mother wearing one now!

    All advice welcome!

If I remember correctly Marks and Spencers have those half slips. other than that I have no idea how to combat static sorry!:o

If you have any anti static dryer sheets you can try rubbing them on the inside of the dress before you wear it. That can help.

Also try pinning a safety pin or two inside the dress - it really works.

I hate polyester and viscose and avoid them wherever possible. Awful material.
