Hi I'm just wondering if there is any way that I can stop all these "check marks" appearing beside threads after each time I visit it/post in it? Do I need to go into my profile settings? Is this a new site feature following on from the recent hacking incident?

Hiya, did you create a new username after the hacking incident? If so, I think the default may be switched on for subscribing to threads.

Firstly, to delete the subscriptions go here. And to edit your subscription options go here to amed the "Default Thread Subscription Mode" to 'do not subscribe'. That should sort it.
