Anyone remember swine flu? Big deal at the time. Whatever happened to it? Was it eradicated?

Antibaterial gels everywhere, parents saying they wouldnt send their children to school, leaflets being handed out at work, people cancelling travel abroad, sprays on sale at supermarket checkouts..... Ah. Takes me back. Must be what, 20 years ago or so?

& Sars. There was a virus to really panic about.

    Enough of your animal-based pandemics!

Back in the nationalist days of yore we had the flu armies of entire nations coming at us.

Spanish flu didn't pop back up again 6 months later either, we made sure of that......
