    Hi everyone,

    Here's hoping some of you still remember me as a football player for West Ham, Celtic, Watford and Ipswich.

    Whether you were or weren't a fan of me or my teams, I hope you give me all your support in my latest challenge.

    On the 6th of August 2010 I'm doing a 7 mile walk juggling a ball from West Ham's traing ground at Chadwell Heath to their home ground at Upton Park.

    Why? Simply to raise as much money for Little Havens and Richard House children's hospices. Both do such a fantastic job giving support to their patients and family and to continue to do so need much needed funds.
