    my 1st post guys, so go easy on me !
    ive a lease on newsagents in dublin, and have operated there now for over 15 years (busy location, mostly office trade)
    id be interested in exploring some type of sublet arrangement, ie were i let out some of my floor space to somebody else...
    any ideas, im all ears ??
