    Hi,

anyone know if there's any of those rally day schools nearish to Dublin ?
I had a quick google and most are too far away, Monaghan, Waterford etc.

Ye know the sort of thing, a Ford Escort around a track or the like.
No urgency just one of those things I wouldn't mind trying out.

A bit like the "Top Gear" "star in a reasonably priced car" only for the public !

    cheers,
    CD

Waterford/Longord too far ??? Just how bad is your transport that it couldn't make it that short distance ??

“And my existence, while grotesque and incomprehensible to you, generates funds to the exchequer. You don't want to acknowledge that as truth because, deep down in places you don't talk about at the Green Party, you want me on that road, you need me on that road. We use words like freedom, enjoyment, sport and community. We use these words as the backbone of a life spent instilling those values in our families and loved ones. You use them as a punch line. I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and sleeps under the tax revenue and the very freedom to spend it that I provide, and then questions the manner in which I provide it. I would rather you just said "thank you" and went on your way. Otherwise I suggest you pick up a bus pass and get the ********* ********* off the road”

I don't want to stray too far outside of Dublin, apparently they only sell diesel outside of the pale.

Yeah I don't think there are any in Dublin, but i'd recommend the rally connection in millstreet. The guys are very friendly and you get a good few laps in rally spec escorts.

    Cheers for the replies.

The track day in Mondello sounds cool.
    Will look into that first.
